About powered parachutes
Powered Parachutes are propeller driven, 3 wheeled aircraft. They are generally larger and more powerful than Paramotors. There are two different options for learning how to pilot powered parachutes: Ultralight (single seat) and Light Sport (tandem seat).
ParaTactical offers 1:1 executive-level flight training for both Ultralight and Light Sport PPCs.

Ultralight Powered Parachute With Your Equipment
Learn how to safely fly an Ultralight Powered Parachute system. These systems are recreational, single-seat PPCs that do not require an FAA Sport Pilot license.
This option assumes that:
The student already purchased their own equipment.
The equipment is safe for flight operations.
It is appropriate to the student’s height and weight.
It will be utilized during training.

Ultralight Powered Parachute Equipment Provided
Learn how to safely fly an Ultralight PPC. For this training option, no personal equipment is needed. ParaTactical will supply the Ultralight PPC for training purposes.
Equipment is required to be returned in fully operational condition.

FAA Sport Pilot With Your Equipment
Learn how to safely fly a Light Sport Powered Parachute system. Light Sport PPCs are FAA registered, N-numbered aircraft, that can have up to two seats; which is great for pilots wanting to share their flight experience. A FAA Sport Pilot license is required for flying a Light Sport PPC.
This option assumes that:
The student already purchased their own equipment.
The equipment is safe for flight operations.
It is appropriate to the student’s height and weight.
It will be utilized during training.

For this option, no personal equipment is needed. ParaTactical will supply the Light Sport PPC.
